The hotel is a lovely and peaceful place to stay with wonderful staff. The room was beautifully decorated and had a clean, brand-new bathroom. The breakfast provided was delicious, warm, and featured a wide variety of options.

The staff were fabulously friendly and our room was fantastic with microwave, soap, fridge and microwave. This hotel was set in a central area short walk to downtown and parks, and the downtown area, the State Park Victoria Pool, and Race Track. It also was close to center of town.

We appreciated this absolutely great and excellant hotel and stayed here for 1 night. The breakfast was excellent and had plenty of options. Location: the property was next to state park, and downtown and the highway. Also, the hotel was around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Yaddo and with easy access to National Museum of Dance.

The room I stayed in was fantastic, it had everything I needed like a fridge, microwave, and soap, and it looked brand new.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and modern, with a quiet atmosphere. The indoor pool and whirlpool were a great way to relax after a long day. The breakfast, both buffet-style and cooked to order, was delicious and worth the price. The staff, especially Amy, was friendly and went above and beyond to provide information and recommendations. The convenient location allowed for easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Despite a few minor issues, I would highly recommend this hotel for future stays. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

The room was very comfortable and we were located on the first floor which was very important. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff was wonderful and of course, the food was exceptional as well.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it was a fantastic experience. Firstly, the location was perfect - tucked away in a quiet area yet still within walking distance of downtown. This made exploring the city so convenient. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure our needs were met throughout our stay. The basic amenities in the rooms were excellent, with a comfortable bed and useful features like a fridge and microwave. It's the little touches like these that make a difference. Lastly, I must mention the breakfast. It was delicious and offered a great variety of options to start the day.

Friendly staff, early check-in honored. Clean and comfortable grounds, public areas, and room. Surprised with champagne and strawberries for our anniversary. Breakfast options varied, even though hot buffet was not available. Requested bathroom cleaning and shower curtain change, and it was done prior to arrival. Bar staff was personable.

Very clean and staff was extremely friendly. I liked the free access to the computers and the indoor pool.

I thought it was in poor taste to charge a guest $2.00 to rent a lounge chair.

hilton garden made my stay in saratoga springs exceptional! the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the beds were unbelievably comfortable, and the pool was huge and open late. plus, the patio with fire pits was a lovely touch. i'll definitely stay here again.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Saratoga Springs. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my check-in process a breeze. They even offered me complimentary water upon arrival, a small but thoughtful gesture. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a nice decor and plenty of amenities. I especially appreciated the USB ports scattered throughout the room, a practical tool that made charging my devices hassle-free. The hotel's location was also convenient, being within walking distance of downtown. I had a comfortable and pleasant stay.
